Your pipeline is telling you things that are not true

You have more open deals than you have real ones, and no reliable way to tell which is which. I rebuild the pipeline around what buyers actually do, automate the admin that never gets done, and give you one report that shows where deals die — inside the CRM you already pay for.

Four things, then it runs

Pipeline

Stages defined by what your buyer does, not what you hope. Duplicates cleared, required fields enforced, dead deals actually marked dead — so the forecast stops being fiction.

Sequences

Outbound and follow-up cadences written per segment, loaded, and actually sending. Not a template library nobody opens.

Automation

Enrichment on new leads, scoring so you work the right ones first, call notes captured, handoffs triggered instead of remembered.

Reporting

One dashboard that answers where deals die, how long each stage takes, and what your close rate really is by source.

What it costs you: about four hours in total — one 90-minute session on stages and definitions, one on sequences, one handover walkthrough. Nobody stops selling while it is built, and you do not clean the CRM yourself.

Who you would be working with

Most people who set up your CRM have never had to hit a number with one

I’m Serhii Murashko. Four years on the revenue side, split two ways: two and a half years building and fixing business processes, then eighteen months selling full-cycle B2B SaaS as an account executive at Spendbase, in software spend management and procurement. Before either, engineering.

That split is the entire offer. The process half is the work — stages, handoffs, the automation nobody gets round to. The sales half is why the work is any good: I have had to hit a number inside a system I built, which is the test most of these systems never face. A consultant who has never carried quota builds for a salesperson they imagined.

I am early in this offer and would rather say so. There are no client logos on this page because there are none yet. What you are not taking a chance on is whether I can sell, or whether I can build.

No photograph and no logos, so here is the checkable version: my LinkedIn.

Who this is not for

You have not yet sold to a stranger. There is no motion to systematise, and I will say so on the call rather than take the money.

You want lead generation — bought lists, paid ads, cold-call volume. Different discipline. I will point you at someone who does it.

You already have an in-house revenue operations function. You need a hire, not me.

You want the CRM replaced. Migrations are expensive and rarely the actual problem.

Questions

What you are about to ask

Why is the teardown free? The last consultant said that too.
Because I have no case studies yet, and the diagnostic is the only way to show you the work instead of describing it. That is the trade: you get a document worth paying for, I get a result I can point at. It is capped at five for the same reason — once I have those, it is priced. If it turns out you do not need me, the document still says so.
Which CRM do you work in?
HubSpot is where I have the most hours, and it is what most companies this size already run. But I build in whichever CRM you already pay for. What I will not do is migrate you — migrations are expensive, disruptive, and almost never the actual problem. The problem is usually that the stages do not mean anything and nothing is automated, and both are fixable inside the tool you have.
What does it cost me in time?
About four hours in total. One 90-minute working session on stages and definitions, one on sequences, one handover walkthrough. Nobody stops selling while this is built, and you do not clean the CRM yourself — that part is mine.
What if it does not do what you said?
The scope is written down before anything starts, and the second half of the fee is due on handover, not before. If what was agreed is not there, it does not get handed over. There is no version of this where you have paid in full for something unfinished.
What happens when it is built — do I own it?
Yes, entirely. The pipeline configuration, the sequences, the automations and the dashboard live in your own accounts, built with your own licences. If we never speak again after handover, none of it stops working and none of it leaves with me.
How is this different from hiring someone?
A revenue operations hire costs sixty to ninety thousand a year plus ramp, and you would commit to that before knowing your sales motion is repeatable. This is a fixed build cost, then optional monthly support. If it works you end up with a documented motion and working infrastructure, which makes the eventual hire a much better bet.

The next step

Thirty minutes, your CRM open

Bring the pipeline as it actually is. You will leave with a straight read on whether the problem is the system, the selling, or the offer — including if the answer is that you don’t need me.
